As a member of the distribution team, the primary objective for this position is to ensure replenishment is available for order picking and value add, and return unused inventory back to the appropriate inventory racks/locations. 

Position Description: 

The replenishment position transports product from one point to another using hand jacks and/or runners.  The replenishment/put away position also uses RF and voice-directed systems to ensure product is placed and/or returned to the appropriate rack/shelf. 


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure inventory is available for production departments by utilizing LogPro system, RF (radio frequency) units and voice directed system “Jennifer” to replenish full-case product to the appropriate rack/locations.
  • Must be able to continuously lift (including overhead), push, pull, reach and stack full cases (up to 50 lbs) for an 8-10 hour shift while maintaining productivity levels at or above standard. 
  • Safely open boxes using box knife to ensure easy access to product. 
  • Must be able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours.
  • Must be skilled in sight recognition and matching of numeric and alpha listings.
  • Must utilize phonetic alphabet
  • Must be able to perform job safely.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.




  • Ability to consistently push, pull, reach, stack and lift to overhead level up to 50 lbs cartons during an 8 hour shift.
  • Stand and walk for 8 hours.
  • Must obtain passing score on number recognition and ISBN matching assessment.
  • Must be over 16 years of age. 
  • Adequate computer experience or prior RF unit experience.
  • Ability to work in environment with varying temperatures – no air conditioning.



  • Previous work in an order fulfillment or distribution environment with RF (radio frequency) scanners and bar codes.
