The Digital Print Operator position is responsible for assembling, trimming, binding, packaging and palletizing of custom products as specified in customer orders. This position will require the technician to work independently, moving stacks for printed copies to the finishing/binding machines for processing. The technician will palletize finished products and relocate the configured pallets with the use of powered industrial trucks (PIT) to their pick slot. This position will flex to the Value Add department as necessary or dictated by business needs.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Efficiently process customer orders using shrink-wrap and machinery to create bundles and kits.
  • Utilize sight recognition and matching of numeric and alpha listings to ensure bundles and kits are accurate.
  • Continuously reach, lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs to return individual units to appropriate locations.
  • Utilize sight recognition and matching of numeric and alpha listings to ensure accurate inventory and order placement.
  • Accurately follow all pallet-layer configurations.
  • Apply UV coating to covers.
  • Operate machinery to assemble, trim, bind and package custom order products as specified by customers.
  • Maintain a clean working environment protecting machinery.
  • Adjust equipment as necessary to ensure machinery runs efficiently.
  • Ensure pallets are safely/properly stacked to full capacity.
  • Perform consistent counting of product and pallets utilizing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Safely lift, push, pull and relocate packages up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8-10 hours.
  • Must be able to flex between the digital print center and the value add departments as business needs dictate.
  • Ability to safely operate trimming/binding machines.
  • Must be able to safely operate and maintain Powered Industrial Truck license.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Adhere to all safety practices and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills You Will Need Here:


  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to consistently push, pull and lift up to 10 lbs throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
  • Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
  • Skilled in site recognition/matching of numeric and alpha groupings.
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions.
  • Ability to write legibly.
  • Maintain appropriate PIT certifications.
  • Skilled in site recognition/matching of numeric and alpha groupings.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide if necessary.
  • Must be flexible with work hours.
  • Adequate computer experience.
  • Stand and walk for 8-10 hours.
  • Adhere to all safety practices and policies.


  • Prior RF experience.
  • Prior distribution experience.
  • Prior PIT experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
